Welder
Trillium Staffing is now seeking Welders in West Bend, WI!
1st Shift (M-F, 5am-1:30pm or 6am-2pm)
2nd shift (M-F 2pm-10pm)
3rd shift (Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am)
Pay $22-$26 DOE
Key Responsibilities
-Load, secure, and unload parts from robotic welding machines using manual methods or hoists
-Set and adjust machine controls (wire feed, amperage, gas, polarity, etc.)
-Monitor welding operations and make adjustments as needed
-Perform basic MIG and TIG welding as required
-Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance with blueprints and quality standards
-Grind, clean, and remove excess weld, slag, or spatter
-Maintain accurate part counts, labeling, and documentation
-Perform basic preventative maintenance and replace worn machine components
-Assist in other production areas as needed

Qualifications
-High School Diploma or GED
-Welding certificate or degree preferred
-FANUC Robotic Certification a plus
-Minimum 1 year of MIG and TIG welding experience
-Ability to pass an internal welding test
-Working knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and basic math
-Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
-Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
