Trillium Drivers is now hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative ASAP!

Great Company! Great Pay! Great Benefits! Morning shift Mon-Fri, Pay is $19/hour. 

What You’ll Be Doing
-This position is responsible for all aspects of customer service including inside sales.
-Responsible for receiving and processing orders, direct communication with our customers, management, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
-Follow-up and problem solve orders when necessary and provide efficient and professional service to our customers.
-Verify that all orders are accurate and meets customer delivery expectation. 
-Maintains a project log and follow up with all customers.
-Effective communication with the management regarding pricing, projects, updates, and competitor info. 
-Receive and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Respond to customer inquiries professionally, directing them appropriately when needed.
-Manage incoming calls, communicate order confirmations, and update customers on order status.
-Collaborate with customers, drivers, Sales, and management.

What Are We Looking For
-Proficiency in using business systems and tools to support customer service functions.

Experience and Skills
-Bilingual in Spanish; customer service and sales experience preferred with 2 years of experience.
-Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
-Knowledge of insulation is a plus! 
-High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or additional training preferred.
-May require lifting or carrying office supplies or small packages (up to 25 lbs.).
