Regional Sales Representative
Trillium Construction is now seeking a Regional Sales Representative to cover the Midwest!
Base Salary $80,000–$100,000 + Annual Bonus.
Trillium Construction is partnering with a global leader in corrosion-resistant technologies, systems, and services to hire a high-impact Regional Sales Representative.
This role supports critical industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and energy, offering a strong installed base, long-term customer relationships, and meaningful earning potential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative, technically minded sales professional who enjoys relationship building, autonomy, and growing a defined territory.
What You’ll Do
-Grow aftermarket parts and services revenue across an established Midwestern territory
-Manage and expand relationships within the existing installed customer base while identifying new opportunities
-Travel to customer facilities to maintain accounts, generate inquiries, present solutions, and close business
-Partner with customers’ Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, and Procurement teams to understand current operations, future needs, and upcoming capital projects
-Present quotations, explain product value and benefits, and align solutions with customer decision-making criteria
-Collaborate with Sales Management on pricing, negotiations, and contract terms
-Work closely with Inside Sales to prepare accurate, competitive quotations
-Track opportunities, follow up on proposals, and keep leadership informed on pipeline and project status
-Resolve customer issues proactively while aligning with company values and financial objectives

What We’re Looking For
-Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
-5–10 years of sales experience, ideally in industrial, technical, or aftermarket services
-Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
-Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, contracts, and customer requirements
-Confident communicator who can present to customers, managers, and cross-functional teams
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a travel-heavy schedule
-Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midwest
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
