CNC Machinist
Trillium Professional is now seeking a CNC Machinist in Bedford, MA!
Responsibilities
-Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances.
-Operate CNC milling machines ensuring precision in machined parts.
-Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to verify dimensions.
-Program CNC machines using GD&T and CAM software, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
-Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise.
-Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.

-SHIBAURA BTH-110.R18
-X 100” Y 80” Z 60”
-Live Table: Weight Capacity 22,000 lbs. with 24” Rotary Table & Tailstock
Pay rate is $52.40/hour. Overtime available. Apply now!
-7+ years of experience required
-Must be able to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings - including an understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances
-Must be able to operate a PC and use MS Word
-Proficient with various precision measurement tools
-Understanding of G Code
-Must be fluent with programming skills using computer aided software (Mastercam)
-Competent with FANUC controls
