Service Technician Assistant

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Service Technician Assistant in Memphis, TN!

The Service Technician Assistant will be responsible for supporting the field service technicians with installations, service, and repair as needed. Duties include keeping an accurate calendar for appointments, communicating with clients via phone & emails regarding follow-up appointments and recommended services, and supporting material management activities (shipping, receiving, and inventory) at the branch. This role will be working both in the office and in the warehouse.

Schedule can vary slightly, but the base hours are 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Salary ranges from $50-55,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and interest to grow into a service technical role
- Any mechanical experience will qualify, such as service technician, automotive technician, service installation, or general knowledge of hand tools
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction through phone and email
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Forklift training is a plus
