Vice President of Operations
Incredible opportunity for an experienced Operations Leader to join a growing 3PL as the Vice President of Operations!
This role will have multi-site, multi-client over-sight and be responsible for leading management and frontline personnel in growing, fast paced distribution and fulfillment centers. The VP of Operations will maintain and build strong client relationships, implement strategic productivity processes and improvements, ensure positive culture and employee engagement, growth and retention as well as coordinate US operations with overseas leadership.
The VP of Operations compensation plan will begin with a $200-$250k base + bonus and benefits.

To be successful in this role the VP of Operations will have:
-Extensive 3PL leadership experience including at least 3-5 years managing multiple locations
-Strong computer skills
-Past client facing leadership experience in a 3PL environment
-Strong knowledge of US/NA D&F best practices
-Any experience working with overseas leadership/corporate is a plus
