Winding Machine Operator
Trillium Staffing is now hiring Winding Machine Operator. One plus years’ experience in manufacturing.
The Winding Machine Operator’s key responsibilities include:
-Machine Operation and Setup: Set up and operate winding equipment according to production specifications and job orders
-Tension and Speed Control: Monitor and adjust machine settings
-Quality Assurance: Inspects products (Strings) for defect or irregularities
-Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance
-Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record production data on order sheet
-Collaboration: Work closely with Supervisor and team members
-Technical Aptitude: Basic mechanical and computer skills
-Other responsibilities for the Winding Machine Operator: Getting supplies as necessary, check gauges of strings frequently with micrometer, adjust machine to correct any malfunction. Must be able to stand on for the entire shift.
Starting wage is $14.54 an hour. After 520 hours, pay rate gets bumped to $16.18 an hour with opportunity to earn more based on production level. Hours: Monday - Friday, 1st shift, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm.
