Warehouse Worker

Trillium Professional is now seeking Warehouse Workers in Rocklin, CA!

Schedule is 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This is a 6-month contingent assignment. Pay rate is $21.00 per hour. 

The Warehouse Worker – Dock Worker supports warehouse operations within the rework and value-added services area at a Trillium Staffing Client site. This role is responsible for safely and accurately handling products, including unloading trailers, repackaging, relabeling, staging, sorting, and performing quality control activities. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and consistent attendance.

Key Responsibilities
-Unload and load trailers manually (no forklift operation required)
-Perform rework and value-added services such as repackaging, relabeling, and sorting products
-Accurately stage and prepare products for outbound loading
-Sort and place parts in racks or designated storage locations
-Electronically scan products using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
-Maintain accurate inventory records
-Conduct quality control checks to ensure product accuracy and condition
-Identify, report, and remove damaged or non-conforming products upon receipt
-Read and follow production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions
-Comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times
-Maintain regular, predictable, and full attendance as an essential job function

Qualifications & Skills
-Previous warehouse or dock experience preferred
-Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving products
-Basic computer or scanning experience using warehouse systems preferred
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-Commitment to safety and quality standards
-Reliable attendance and punctuality
