Trillium Construction is seeking Carpenters for a long-term project in Clayton, MO. 

Pay rate is up to $40/hour. Schedule: Mon - Fri, 40h / week. Apply now!

Qualifications
- 5 years of Experience
- Residential and Commercial Experience
- Read blueprints
- Understand Job Site Safety
- Able to manage project timelines and communicate needs with leadership effectively
- Problem Solving Skills
- Managing and working with Crews of 2-5 / Maintain Morale, Steady Pace, Identify Report Personnel Issues
- Basic understanding of Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing / Painting
- Rough Carpentry
- Framing (Wood and Metal Studs)
- Hanging Drywall - Residential and Commercial
- Basic Flooring & Trim Experience - Does not need to be Finish Carpenter
- Interior Demo Experience
- Skid Steer Experience
- Some Concrete Experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Basic Estimating
- Superintendent Experience
- Significant Concrete / Foundation
- Heavy Equipment - Excavation / Grading
- Drywall Taping
- Plumbing
- Roofing
- Structural Steel - 1-2 Stories
- Welding - Light Duty, Railing, Etc. - Non Structural
- CDL
