What You’ll Do:
- Develop and optimize preventative maintenance schedules
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Act as the go-to liaison between maintenance and operations
- Manage CMMS systems and train teams on best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability
- Scope work orders, estimate labor, tools, and resources
- Plan and schedule PMs around production and coordinate planned vs. unplanned downtime

Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of maintenance planning experience in high-volume manufacturing
- Strong background in preventive and reliability-based maintenance
- Hands-on CMMS experience in manufacturing (system ownership, not just usage)
- CMMS used as a reliability and asset management tool, not just work tickets
- Familiarity with production-critical equipment
- Understanding of MTBF, PM Compliance, OEE
- Experience supporting Just-In-Time manufacturing
- Self-directed “go-getter” who drives initiatives and thinks creatively

- Technical certification or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
