Branch Manager
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Credit Union Branch Manager for a direct hire opportunity!
Job Details:
-Bachelor’s degree is required
-Need to have experience prospecting and being in the community along with financial branch management experience. 50% of this role is expected to be spent out of branch for community involvement and networking
-Candidate will need to travel to any or all branches in Genesee and Oakland County.
-Start date: August 2026
-Branch hours are 8am or 9am (depends on the branch)-6 M-F and Saturdays 9-12:30
-Starting salary range: $105-113k annually
-Offer a yearly corporate bonus between 0-10% of yearly salary
-Health, Vision, Dental day one and have a competitive 401k match after 1 year
