Welder

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Welder in Stoughton!

Pay rate is $32-40/hour. 

Essential Functions
•    Performs high quality GTAW, FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW welds.
•    Reads and understands drawings and supports manufacturing documentation.
•    Use precision measuring instruments.
•    Able to pass x-ray quality weld.  
•    Assumes additional related responsibilities as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
•    High School/Technical School graduate or equivalent.
•    1+ years of experience welding a variety of materials.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
•    Short run/prototype experience.
•    Experience working with large parts.

-Welder - experience with fit-up and hand welding operations on a wide range of metal and alloys for complex precision assemblies involving a considerable amount of welding to high strength and pressure requirements.
-Experience in fabrication of pressure vessels and welding a variety of materials, as well as pipefitting preferred.
-Considerable skill required fusing dissimilar metals, obtaining maximum weld strength, and avoiding distortion. The welder will work under close supervision.
