Sales Representative
Trillium Professional is now seeking an onsite Sales Representative for a direct-hire position!
The North American division of a globally recognized, Berlin, Germany–based premium pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer is expanding its sales team. This role offers strong growth potential, with a defined path into a regional sales position.
This role is based onsite in South Easton, MA (5 days/week) and supports both new and existing customers across North America. The Sales Representative will partner closely with the Regional Sales Team, develop technical and commercial expertise, and progress into a regional, customer-facing sales role.
Key Responsibilities
-Support customer engagement and opportunity development alongside the regional sales team
-Develop new business opportunities across North America
-Engage and qualify prospects; manage early-stage sales conversations
-Learn and clearly articulate technical product capabilities and applications
-Participate in customer meetings, product demos, and technical discussions
-Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction
-Contribute to sales forecasting, CRM updates, and pipeline management

Required Background / Experience
-Bachelor’s degree required
-Strong technical acumen (critical)
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience in technical, capital equipment, or industrial sales strongly preferred
-Pharma or life sciences exposure is a plus
-Salesforce experience helpful
-Growth & Development
-Target progression to Regional Sales Manager within 18–20 months
-Historical revenue potential: $10M–$12M
-Training includes: tablet compression technology, equipment, pricing/quoting, sales cycle management, forecasting, negotiation, and business development
-Initial limited travel; regional role requires approx. 1 week/month of travel
