Trillium Professional is now seeking a Sales Representative for a remote, direct-hire position!

The North American division of a globally recognized, Berlin, Germany–based premium pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer is adding an experienced sales professional to support continued growth across key U.S. territories.

This is a remote-based sales role, ideally located in the Mid-Atlantic or Midwest, focused on developing and managing opportunities within the pharmaceutical manufacturing space. The ideal candidate brings prior pharma or capital equipment sales experience and can ramp quickly with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and manage new and existing customer relationships within assigned territory
-Drive prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity development
-Conduct virtual and in-person sales meetings and product discussions
-Partner with internal technical and regional sales teams
-Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity (Salesforce)
-Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and technical demos as needed

Required Background / Experience
-Bachelor’s degree required
-Prior pharmaceutical equipment or capital equipment sales experience strongly preferred
-Strong technical understanding and ability to convey complex concepts
-Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
-Experience managing longer sales cycles and complex deals
-Salesforce experience preferred

Travel & Scope
-Moderate travel for customer visits, trade shows, and internal meetings
-Collaboration with U.S. team and in Germany as needed
