Trillium Construction is hiring a Project Manager for our client specializing in heavy rigging and transportation, machinery moving, crane services, millwright and industrial services, and industrial storage and warehousing.

Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and client satisfaction. Pay is $90,000-$110.000.

Key Responsibilities
-Support preconstruction efforts both internally and externally through project award
-Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
-Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution
-Clearly define and communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables
-Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and reporting methods
-Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues as they arise
-Provide regular project updates to internal leadership and clients
-Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and applicable industry regulations
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, coworkers, and cross-functional teams
-Lead project meetings, including kickoff meetings and post-project reviews, to drive continuous improvement
-Attend all required internal and external meetings
-Manage and support on-site project teams, including Project Coordinators/Engineers, inventory control personnel, project administrators, safety representatives, and Superintendents

Qualifications:
-3+ years of Project Management experience (industry-specific preferred)
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, ACC)
-PMP Certification is a plus but not required
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
