Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a Safety Manager to add to our client’s leadership team on a Direct Hire basis!
This position is responsible for overseeing the overall safety performance of our heavy manufacturing client. The Safety Manager will be developing, implementing, and monitoring safety strategies, policies and programs that promote safe practices within the workplace. Specific functions will include reviewing the entire operation, carrying out audits and assessments, ensuring staff are trained at all levels, lead safety committee meetings, provide oversight for any workers comp activities and ensure compliance with all OSHA guidelines. The Safety Manager will be leading the Safety Team as well.
Standard hours are 8am-5pm with some flexibility. Pay is dependent on experience and ranges from $90,000-$120,000 per year. Our client also offers full benefits, PTO/Vacation, and more!

-Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or a related field.
-Prior experience in a Safety Manager or Safety Leadership role.
-Must have prior experience within a metal manufacturing environment.
-Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and occupational health and safety regulations.
