Assistant Project Manager

Trillium Construction is partnering with a national drywall contractor to hire an Assistant Project Manager to help bring a large project across the finish line in Clarksville, TN.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity expected to run through the end of February, with strong potential for ongoing work and long-term employment. Contractors who perform well on this project will be positioned for larger projects, increased responsibility, and career growth with a respected national builder.

Duties:
-Maintain and organize project files, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and revisions
-Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and approvals; ensure timely follow-up
-Log and distribute revised drawings, bulletins, and addenda
-Assist with closeout documentation, including warranties, and as-built drawings
-Assist with material purchase orders, delivery tracking, and vendor coordination
-Perform additional administrative or project support tasks as assigned

Compensation:
-$40/hr - $50/hr
-M/V/D insurance

Qualifications:
-1–3+ years of experience in construction administration, assistant project management, or similar role
-Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, etc.) a plus
-Basic understanding of construction drawings and project workflows preferred
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
