Class A Truck Driver
Trillium Driver Solutions is seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver for a local delivery position in Odessa, TX.
This is a temp-to-hire position. Pay rate is $25/hour. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. This is a day shift, offering consistent hours, local routes, and the opportunity to convert to a full-time position.
What You’ll Do
-Safely operate an automatic 18-wheeler
-Deliver electrical materials to job sites, industrial locations, and branch locations
-Drive local routes (approximately 10–100 miles daily)
-Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections using DVIR
-Ensure loads are properly secured and within legal weight limits
-Assist with loading and unloading materials (up to 50 lbs)
-Support general warehouse duties related to delivery routes
-Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service
-Perform other duties as assigned
Equipment & Work Details
-Vehicle: 18-Wheeler (Automatic transmission)
-Liftgate: No
-Cargo: Electrical materials (some large items)
-Driving Time: Approximately 90% of the workday
-Equipment Provided: Dolly, hand truck, pallet jack
-Physical Activity: Lifting up to 50 lbs; stairs required at times

Requirements
-Valid Class A CDL
-21 years of age or older
-Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Card (or ability to obtain)
-Clean driving record and current DMV abstract
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Steel-toe footwear and required safety gear
Work Environment
-Warehouse environment and customer job sites
-Operation of delivery vehicles 26,000+ GVW
-Use of forklifts or other Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
