Quality Assurance Inspector

Quality Assurance Inspector positions available in the New Hudson, MI area working at our client location who is a leading manufacturer.

Possible contract to hire positions. 1st and 3rd shift openings available! 

Shift times: 
1st shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
3rd shift: 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Pay rate $18.50 per hour.  (3rd shift premium $1.00) 

Duties for the quality assurance inspector:
-Perform quality inspections on the production floor
-Ensure product conformity, procedures and instructions are being followed.
-Manage non-conforming products, including containment, certification, and system updates
-Approve, release, and update product inventory status
-Analyze, report, and escalate inspection and quality results
-Support customer investigations, audits, and internal quality programs
-Train and support personnel on quality processes
-Perform inspections and other related duties as needed

Qualifications for the quality assurance inspector:
-1+ year manufacturing experience with quality exposure
-Experience with inspection tools and quality/business systems preferred
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Strong organization, attention to detail, and task prioritization skills
-Ability to meet targets and maintain professionalism
