Trillium Staffing now hiring a Warehouse Associate – Full-Time

Location: Coppell, TX
Pay: $19/hr + Overtime After 40 Hours
Schedule: 5AM-1:30PM M-F
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We’re seeking dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, working safely, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities:
-Load and unload freight by hand, pallet jack, or forklift (if certified)
-Pick, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse
-Assist with inventory counts and scanning
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
-Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
-Support warehouse and driver operations as needed
-Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
-Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
-Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
-Willingness to work assigned weekday schedule
-Basic communication and teamwork skills
