Trillium Staffing is now hiring full-time Warehouse Associates!
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $19/hr + Overtime After 40 Hours
Schedule: Weekdays (Exact shift based on operational needs)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent attendance, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
-Load and unload freight by hand, pallet jack, or forklift (if certified)
-Organize, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse
-Assist with inventory, scanning, and cycle counts
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
-Follow all safety procedures and company policies
-Support drivers and warehouse staff with general labor tasks as needed
-Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
-Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
-Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
-Willingness to work the assigned weekday schedule
-Basic communication and teamwork skills
