Trillium is seeking a Senior Project Architect in Cincinnati!

Reporting to the Manager of Architecture, you’ll guide projects from concept through construction while providing technical and design leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
-Lead design and documentation for large-scale Food & Beverage (GMP) facilities from concept through construction.
-Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver exceptional design outcomes.
-Apply GMP standards and ensure code compliance throughout all project phases.
-Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
-Build lasting client relationships through technical excellence and thoughtful communication.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in architecture, BSAE, or a related field required.
-Registered Architect in the United States required.
-Minimum of 10 years of experience, with demonstrated expertise in Food & Beverage (GMP) design.
-Proficient in Revit with strong technical design capabilities.
-Proven track record of building client relationships and leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and committed to ongoing professional development.
-Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

-1st Shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rate:
-$110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.
