Trillium is seeking a Project Architect in Cincinnati!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is perfect for a technically strong and design-driven professional ready to take on leadership within our Food & Beverage (GMP) team. You’ll partner with a talented group of architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver complex, large-scale projects—up to $500 million—for some of the most recognized brands in the industry.

As a Project Architect, you’ll guide projects from concept through construction, leading multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring innovative, high-quality design solutions. This role offers the chance to deepen your expertise in Food & Beverage facility design while contributing to a collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking culture.

Responsibilities:
-Lead the architectural design and documentation of large-scale food and beverage manufacturing facilities.
-Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines.
-Apply GMP design principles and maintain compliance with applicable codes and industry standards throughout all project phases.
-Oversee production teams utilizing Revit and ensure alignment with firm and client design standards.
-Mentor junior team members, review deliverables, and uphold the highest standards of design quality.
-Contribute to business development initiatives by offering technical insight and project expertise.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in architecture, BSAE, or an equivalent discipline required.
-Licensed Architect in the U.S. or actively pursuing registration.
-5–10 years of experience in Food & Beverage (GMP) facility design.
-Proficient in Revit with proven experience in integrated, multidisciplinary project environments.
-Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
-Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

Schedule:
-1st Shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rate:
-$75,000+ depending on experience.
