Trillium is seeking an Architectural Designer in Cincinnati!

This exciting Direct-Hire opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented design professional eager to build expertise in Food and Beverage (GMP) large-scale facility design. As an Architectural Designer, you’ll work in a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, technical excellence, and professional growth. Reporting directly to the Manager of Architecture, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in every phase of project development—from conceptual design through construction documentation—while building broad architectural competencies and problem-solving skills within a supportive, cross-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers on large-scale Food & Beverage (GMP) facilities.
-Develop design concepts through construction documents with attention to detail and technical accuracy.
-Participate in the planning and coordination of multi-disciplinary design teams.
-Contribute to design problem-solving and consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
-Support and enhance overall design quality while maintaining project schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications:
-BA in Architecture, BSAE, or equivalent degree
-3–5 years of relevant professional experience
-Working knowledge of Revit
-Strong initiative and ability to manage time and priorities independently
-Commitment to professional growth and an interest in specializing in Food & Beverage (GMP) design projects

Schedule:
-1st Shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Rate:
-$67,000+ depending on experience
