Senior Application Developer
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Senior Application Developer in Boston, MA - Hybrid but 100% remote is also an option.
The Data Operations and Technology unit, within the Center for Health Information and Analysis, is looking to hire a skilled Application Developer to work with the Application Development team.
Responsibilities
The Application Developer will be a key member of application development within CHIA’s organization and our Data Operations and Technology team, reporting to the Director of Application Development. As a member of this team, the Application Developer responsibilities will include the following:
• Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
• Complete applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Critically evaluate the .NET components that currently exist within existing CHIA architecture and provide well thought out strategy to stabilize and improve this area of our application stack.

Preferred Qualifications
• At least 15 years of hands-on Software Development experience.
• 10+ years of experience with .NET development using C# or equivalent language.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise level web applications and supporting binaries.
• Object Oriented Programming (OOP) in analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Knowledge of Relational Databases, MS SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Experience with Azure Classic Portal & Azure Resource Manager in cloud deployments.
• Experience with Azure PaaS technologies.
• Experience with Azure pipelines and deployments.
• Experience with Hashing technologies.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written, along with excellent documentation skills.
