Project Manager
Trillium Professional Staffing is seeking a Project Manager in Santa Clara CA!
The Vehicle Program team is responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure that project deliverables are met on time, budget and to a very high-quality standard. The purpose of this position will drive the reporting and keep all relevant project stakeholders of operational milestones as well as support all relevant operational processes. Assist with off-site tests that would require extended hours. Pay rate is $45-60/hr.
Job duties:
-Work cross functionally to ensure delivery deadlines are met
-Manage multiple projects and ensure priorities are aligned
-Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans
-Track operational KPIs and report out to all relevant stakeholders
-Coordinate with all relevant operational teams to ensure that metrics are in line with project milestones
-Lead internal document management system for project operational processes, ensure roles and responsibilities are known and understood by all stakeholders
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, pilot, deploy and communicate process updates and improvements
-Support program management and ad hock operations for the project from time to time as needed
Qualifications:
-3-5 Years of experience in AV management and Testing.
-Proficiency with Excel
