Ironworker
Trillium Construction is seeking PEMB Ironworkers for a project in Paris, TN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural steel bolt-up, welding, rigging, millwright tasks, structural welding, and metal panel installation. This role involves working on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient assembly of steel structures and building components.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble, bolt-up, and erect structural steel components for PEMB systems
• Perform structural welding and fabrication according to project specifications
• Install metal wall and roof panels, trims, and related building components
• Operate rigging equipment to position and secure materials safely
• Assist with millwright duties such as equipment installation, alignment, and precision adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and erection plans
• Use hand tools, power tools, forklifts, aerial lifts, and other job-related equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications
• Pre-employment screenings
• Proven experience as a PEMB ironworker or structural steel erector
• Strong knowledge of bolt-up procedures, structural connections, and steel framing
• Proficient in structural welding (certifications preferred but not required)
• Experience in rigging and safe material handling
• Familiarity with millwright work, including precision installs and alignment
• Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to read construction drawings and work independently or within a crew
Preferred Skills & Certifications
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Aerial lift, forklift, or telehandler certifications
• Experience installing metal building insulation systems
