Transportation Clerk

Trillium Profession Staffing is now hiring a Transportation Clerk in Frederick MS!

Responsibilities:
-Perform a variety of office and administrative functions, including accounts payable/receivable, collections, payroll processing, fuel reconciliation, office supply management, billing, database maintenance, and miscellaneous reporting.
-Conduct audits of driver logs, trip reports, and other DOT-required documentation; maintain accurate and compliant driver files.
-Provide excellent customer service, assist with resolving driver equipment requests, and manage pallet tracking processes as needed.
-Maintain and distribute route books, working closely with drivers daily to support coverage during vacations and for overflow freight.
-Ensure accurate daily/weekly updates and audits related to pallet tracking (as applicable), as well as continuous monitoring of log and DOT compliance requirements.
