Pile Driver Operator - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is immediately seeking PD-10 Operators for Industrial Work in Fairfield, UT.

The PD-10 Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Pile Driver 10 (PD-10) machine within the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) yard of a utility-scale solar project. This role involves driving steel piles to precise depth and alignment, supporting foundation installation, and coordinating with site supervisors, survey teams, and civil/structural crews. The operator must maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, equipment inspection procedures, and project specifications while working in dynamic construction environments. Additional responsibilities include daily equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, adherence to quality control requirements, and maintaining accurate production logs.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate PD-10 pile-driving equipment safely and productively in the BESS yard.
-Install piles to specified tolerances using survey/layout data.
-Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance, and equipment reporting.
-Communicate with ground crews and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
-Follow all site safety standards, environmental requirements, and project procedures.
-Assist with material handling and other site activities as needed.

Pay rate is $25.29/hour plus Per Diem: $994/week. Apply now!

Qualifications:
-Experience operating PD-10 or similar pile-driving equipment.
-Understanding of utility-scale solar or BESS construction preferred.
-Ability to read and follow construction drawings and survey stakes.
-Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
-Must pass pre-employment screenings
