Trillium Construction is seeking highly skilled and safety-focused Certified Riggers to support heavy rigging operations for a major data center project in Muskogee, OK.

This role involves the safe lifting, handling, and placement of 110,000-lb modular electrical buildings and other large components. Candidates must be experienced working around large cranes, elevated platforms (up to 30 ft), and active construction environments.

Key Responsibilities
-Perform complex rigging operations for heavy modular buildings and associated equipment.
-Set up, inspect, and use rigging gear such as slings, shackles, spreader bars, and lifting hardware.
-Signal cranes from the ground or elevated positions using standard hand and voice signals.
-Catch and guide loads from raised platforms (up to approx. 30 ft) as required.
-Ensure all rigging plans, lift plans, and safety procedures are strictly followed.
-Coordinate with crane operators, lift directors, and site supervisors to ensure safe and efficient lifts.
-Conduct pre-lift inspections of rigging equipment and report any unsafe conditions.
-Maintain compliance with all site-specific safety requirements, including fall protection and elevated work procedures.
-Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and lift plan reviews.

The pay rate is $32/hr plus per diem of $100/ all 7 days. Schedule is Monday-Saturday 60-68 hours per week.

Required Qualifications
-NCCER Rigger Level 2 (Advanced) or NCCCO Rigger Level II certification (must be current).
-Demonstrated experience performing heavy industrial rigging, preferably on large-scale construction projects.
-Strong understanding of ASME rigging standards, crane operations, and load-handling practices.
-Ability to work safely at heights and around high-energy equipment.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
-Comfortable working at heights (up to 30 ft) using approved fall-protection systems.

Preferred Qualifications
-OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
-Aerial lift / MEWP certification.
-Previous data center or modular-building experience.
-Current fall protection certification (required before site entry, company training available if needed).
