Folder Gluer Operator (Corrugated)

Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Folder Gluer Operator for a 2nd shift direct hire opportunity!

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Periodic overtime may be required (typically before shift).

Pay: $29.58/hr
Shift Premium: +$1.00/hr

Position Summary
The Folder/Gluer Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of machinery that folds and glues corrugated sheets that have been pre-scored, slotted, or printed. This role also monitors product quality and enters completed order information into the production system.

The position supports the organization’s focus on exceptional service, strong working relationships, and dependable performance, while upholding core values such as teamwork, accountability, integrity, and a commitment to high-quality work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Read job layouts and set up the machine according to production specifications.
- Bundle sheets for banding in accordance with order requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including changing belts as needed.
- Pull samples to support quality control procedures.
- Enter completed order data into the production system (e.g., Kiwi or similar).
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area between orders and at shift end.
- Work overtime as needed based on business demands.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Work Environment / Physical Demands
- Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability to changing production needs.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling materials, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
- Regularly lift up to 10 lbs; occasionally up to 25 lbs.
- Must have adequate close, distance, and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise levels.

Systems Usage
- ERP systems (e.g., HRMS, Amtech, Parabox, or similar)
- Production data entry systems such as Kiwi
- Payroll/HRIS systems like ADP Workforce Now

Education & Experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
