Production Lead
Trillium is seeking a Production Lead in Hilliard!
This exciting Direct-Hire opportunity is perfect for an experienced Production Lead ready to play a pivotal role in co-managing the Production Associate team and driving the seamless, efficient production of the company’s high-quality products. Responsibilities include supervising and operating semi-automated filling and sealing equipment and CNC machinery. Production Lead candidates with experience in maintaining and/or evaluating mechanical and electrical components are a strong advantage!
Responsibilities:
-Develop, communicate, and execute weekly and daily production plans while ensuring materials are available, inventoried, and staged for use.
-Inspect equipment and supplies before use to guarantee safety and readiness, maintaining a clean and well-functioning work environment.
-Collaborate with the QC Manager to ensure all raw materials and finished products meet quality standards.
-Stay updated on work instructions and operating procedures.
-Support workforce planning, including hiring and supervision of seasonal staff.
-Participate in internal meetings and training, prioritize safety and quality, and foster a positive, collaborative team atmosphere.
-Adhere to company policies, perform additional duties as assigned, and be flexible to work outside regular hours when necessary.
Schedule is 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Annual salary is $60,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.

-Previous manufacturing experience and proficiency wearing personal protective equipment.
-Capacity to work extended hours as needed and maintain sitting or standing for long periods.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; forklift certification preferred.
-Holds a bachelor’s degree or has equivalent professional experience.
-Possesses a minimum of two years in a leadership role within manufacturing or production.
