Construction Administrator

Now Hiring a Construction Administrator in the Thornburg, PA Area!

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support daily operations on our Automation & Material Handling expansion jobsite. This role ensures accurate field documentation, smooth coordination between crews and project management, and consistent reporting that keeps the project moving efficiently.

Pay is $22-$24/hour depending on experience. Working Monday-Saturday, 9am-7pm, full-time, first shift, 50 hours a week. 

Key Responsibilities
-Field Documentation & Reporting
· Collect, review, and submit daily/weekly timesheets for all on-site workers.
· Compile and submit Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) forms to ensure safety compliance.
· Track all rental equipment and complete rental inspection submittals as required.
· Prepare weekly installation status reports, including progress updates, issues, and material or scheduling constraints.
-Tool & Equipment Coordination
· Manage tool sign-out logs for field personnel.
· Maintain accurate tool tracking, returns, and inventory updates.

Qualifications
· Experience in construction administration, field coordination, or jobsite support preferred.
· Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and basic documentation platforms.
