Industrial Engineer
Innovative, high tech manufacturer in the Polaris area is seeking Industrial Engineers for an exciting direct hire opportunity!
Industrial Engineers will be responsible for creating work flows, SOE’s, processes and integrating engineering designs into the production processes. The Industrial Engineer will work with Design and Quality Engineers as well as Cost Accounting. This position will recommend equipment and tolling purchases, perform feasibility studies, and coordinate preventative maintenance with production associates and maintenance team.
The Industrial Engineers salary range will be from $75-$100k annually with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
To be successful in the role, the Industrial Engineer will have:
-Associate Degree or equivalent experience in related manufacturing position.
-5+ years industrial engineering experience within manufacturing
-Must be a US Citizen (due to nature of government contracts)
-Knowledge of ISO9001, 6S, and AS9100
-Knowledge of SMT manufacturing and assembly
-Basic knowledge of electronic assembly/wire harness
