Market Manager
Trillium Construction is hiring for a Market Manager in Columbus, OH.
This position holds full profit and loss responsibility for 3–5 assigned branch locations. Qualified candidates will operational excellence through a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, and will oversee Branch, Operations, and Project Managers while traveling frequently to support and evaluate branch success.
Key Responsibilities
-Enforce and uphold company safety standards across all branches.
-Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
-Partner with safety teams to promote a proactive, safety-first culture.
-Conduct audits, provide training, and drive continuous safety improvements.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and site visits.
-Implement systems to measure and enhance service performance.
-Identify market opportunities and direct Regional Account Managers to increase market share and strengthen client partnerships.
-Manage branch financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve EBITA and RONA targets.
-Utilize KPIs to monitor performance, drive accountability, and improve efficiency.
-Guide teams in making informed sales and operational decisions to optimize results.
-Create a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven work environment.
-Mentor and develop branch leaders to enhance operational consistency and leadership capability.
-Foster teamwork and communication between branches to support company-wide goals.
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $120,000 - $140,000
-20% annual bonus
-M/V/D insurance
Qualifications
-Proven experience managing multi-site operations with full P&L accountability.
-Strong record of improving safety, operational efficiency, and profitability.
-Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Ability to travel frequently to assigned branch locations.
