CNC Machinist
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer for a first-shift opportunity in the Hartland area.
This role offers a stable, full-time schedule and is a direct hire position. Schedule is 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Pay rate is up to $30.00/hour, depending on experience. This is a direct-hire opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate and run CNC milling machines and CNC lathes for short runs, NOT production
-Perform CNC set-ups and basic programming - repetitive work
-Maintain accurate measurements and high-quality machining standards

Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years CNC machining experience
-Experience with Bridgeports, Okumas and HAAS machines
-Strong machining and troubleshooting skills
-Complete quality checks
