Senior Project Manager

Trillium is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator in Little Rock!

This is a direct-hire opportunity for someone with solid experience in civil construction, specifically in water and sewer projects. You’ll be leading, estimating, and managing projects from start to finish — working with a team of project superintendents and engineers to deliver top-quality results.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping clients happy, maintaining project quality, controlling costs, and sticking to schedules. The job offers plenty of room for growth — if you’re looking for a place where you can build your career over the long term, this is it.

Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain good relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
-Manage all financial aspects of the project, from initial setup to billing, forecasting, and project closeout, making sure profitability targets are met.
-Handle relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring everyone stays on track with contracts and policies.
-Be proactive in business development by participating in community and industry organizations, project interviews, and company events.
-Plan ahead for construction flow to keep projects on schedule.
-Work with the project team and safety staff to keep job sites safe, aiming for zero incidents.
-Develop and oversee project management plans, including schedules, procurement, construction, and closeout.
-Manage project budgets actively and regularly update cost forecasts.
-20% travel per year, including occasional overnight trips.

Schedule is 70% Project Management, 30% Estimating. You will work Monday through Friday, first shift. The annual salary is $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience. Bi-annual bonuses (summer and end of year).

-At least 5 years of experience in construction management, ideally with a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
-If you have 10+ years of hands-on experience in water and sewer projects, this experience will be taken under consideration.
-Strong knowledge of water and sewer systems, treatment plants, and distribution lines.
-Good understanding of commercial construction methods, standards, and regulations.
-Excellent communication skills — comfortable speaking in meetings and presenting to groups.
