Trillium Construction is hiring for a Project Administrator in Litchfield, AZ for a long-term project.

Qualified candidates will be helping with administrative and front office tasks.

Duties:
-Administrator for time tracking system
-Coordinate with Staffing Agencies for timecard approvals, recruitment and on-boarding
-Handles and prepares outgoing and incoming mail
-Ships and receives packages
-Processes correspondence, letters, forms, reports and various documents
-Issues purchase orders for material and subcontract labor
-Keeps customers and vendors informed of changes and status updates
-Maintains various filing systems
-Assists in project-specific employee on-boarding
-Maintains office supplies
-Ensures latest posters are displayed
-Assists with Tool Tracking (PIC’s keys, gas monitors, etc.)
-Organizes travel arrangements (hotels, flights)
-Assists with expense reports
-Issues drug screens for required random testing
-Helps resolve billing issues
-Helps IT resolve issues with any/all technology tickets
-Creates Service Reports in Excel

Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $18/hr - $26/hr
-M/V/D benefits

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in office administration, site coordination, or project support roles within construction or engineering environment
-Familiarity with time tracking systems
-Skilled in using software, such as MS Office suite of programs
-Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, visitors, and internal staff
-Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
