Marketing Project Manager

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Marketing Project Manager for direct-hire in Saginaw!

Pay rate is $24-26 per hour DOE. Schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm – overtime as needed

The ideal candidate for this position is inspired by working to achieve the goal of successful implementation of the company’s overall marketing objectives. Your role will be to create a partnership with both internal and external groups and resources to create a robust and versatile team that can work through challenging circumstances and meet absolute deadlines.

1.    National and Regional Trade Show Management
 Managing budgets, travel, logistics, scheduling of regional shows, as well as onsite services, as needed.
2.    Global Management of all Marketing Projects and Programs
Develop and manage timelines and schedules.
Complete individual marketing projects, as assigned.
3.    Management of Meetings and Company Events
Planning, management and budgeting for Rep Council, National Sales Meeting, Quarterly Sales & Marketing meetings, and community-based events and activities. Provide support for other events, as needed.
4.    Marketing Asset Management
Responsible for demo trailer, demo equipment, tradeshow materials, promotional items (research, design, order, and inventory), all print materials, as well as any other assets related to marketing.

Requirements:
Education:
a.    High School Diploma required
b.    College Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales or equivalent years of experience.
Experience:
a.    REQUIRED:   3 years’ experience managing all the all the steps of multiple projects.    
b.    REQUIRED: Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Power Point

Skills: 
a.    REQUIRED:  Organization, Prioritization and Management of all details and ability to meet deadlines
b.    REQUIRED: Ability to work with a diverse group of people
c.    REQUIRED: Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
d.    REQUIRED: Ability to deal with conflict effectively resulting in a positive outcome for both sides
e.    REQUIRED: Proven “customer-focus” attitude
g.    REQUIRED: Must be self-initiating, independent, and have good problem-solving skills. Must learn and retain information with ease.  
h.    REQUIRED:  Ability to learn the industry and be able to speak about it with customers, as well as with outside marketing resources.
