Plumber

We are seeking experienced commercial plumbers for a brand-new commercial construction project in Hays, Kansas.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with all phases of plumbing installation on new builds and be able to work safely, efficiently, and independently. Pay rate is $36/hour. 

Responsibilities:
-Perform rough-in, trim, and finish plumbing work independently and accurately according to plans and specifications.
-Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, sanitary systems, fixtures, and associated piping.
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
-Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipe using appropriate tools and techniques.
-Ensure all installations meet local codes and safety regulations.
-Collaborate with site supervisors, general contractors, and other trades to maintain project timelines.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements:
-Minimum 7 years of commercial plumbing experience, specifically in new construction projects.
-Must be able to work independently performing rough-in, trim, and finish work without direct supervision.
-Strong understanding of plumbing codes, blueprints, and layout.
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying site conditions.
-Own basic hand and power tools; PPE required to be worn.
-Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are a must.
-OSHA 10 or other safety certifications preferred.
