CNC Machinist
CNC turning machinist positions available in the Wixom, Michigan area working at our client location who is full-service machine shop offering cnc turning, milling and grinding services.
This is a potential contract to hire position with a pay rate of $30.00 an hour DOE. First shift opportunity with a schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. M-F. Potential OT on the weekends but not guaranteed, based on needs.
Duties for the CNC turning machinist:
-Operating Mazak machines
-Turning
-Program, editing at the machine, conversational
-Quality inspection
-Reading blueprints
-Quality checks
-Set-up
-Will work on specialized parts, prototype and small run production

CNC turning machinist requirements:
-Mazak experience, programming experience
-Machining knowledge
-3-5 years’ required
-Able to lift up to 50lbs
-Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
