Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Quality Technician II in Burlington WA!
Shift: Pitman Day Shift (Rotating 12-hour shift, 6AM–6PM)
Pay: $26/hour (flexible for the right candidate)
We’re hiring a Quality Technician II to join our client’s solar manufacturing team in Burlington, WA. This is a high-priority role for candidates with technical manufacturing experience and a passion for quality assurance.
What You’ll Do:
-Inspect products and monitor production quality
-Review blueprints and record inspection results
-Train staff on quality control procedures
-Analyze data and suggest process improvements
-Maintain calibrated instruments and perform testing
What You’ll Need:
-Technical manufacturing experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical tools
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-PV module experience preferred
