Maintenance Technician

Trillium Staffing is seeking Maintenance Technicians III in Burlington WA!

Shifts Available:
-Day Shift
-Night Shift
-Pay: Up to $42/hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring Maintenance Technicians III to support our client’s advanced manufacturing operations in Burlington, WA. This is a high-priority role for experienced professionals with strong technical skills in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do:
-Maintain and repair production and facility equipment
-Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
-Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
-Support equipment installations and upgrades
-Use CMMS to track maintenance activities

What You’ll Need:
-6+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
-OR 4+ years with a recognized trade certification (309A or 433A)
-Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and motor controls
-Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
-Forklift/scissor lift experience preferred
