Electrical Technician

Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Electrical Technician in Alcoa, TN!

We are seeking an Electrical Technician with strong expertise in PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, and schematic interpretation. This role involves both hands-on problem solving and project support, with approximately 60% troubleshooting and 40% project leadership/support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working independently and has a solid background in industrial control systems.

Schedule is either a 2.2.3 or a 5.2 schedule and will work either a day or night shift. Pay is $35-40/hr, 40 hours a week. 

Key Responsibilities:
-Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC systems (preferably Rockwell/ControlLogix or Siemens).
-Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting using schematic diagrams.
-Support and lead technical projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
-Provide hands-on support for system testing, implementation, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Proven electrical troubleshooting experience with strong schematic reading ability.
-Proficiency in PLC programming and debugging (Rockwell/ControlLogix or Siemens experience preferred).
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
