Shipping Clerk

Trillium Staffing is now Seeking a Parts/Shipping Technician for a temporary role in Midland Michigan.

Pay Ranges from $20.00 - $22.00/hr. depending on experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday (40 hours per week), with occasional overtime as needed.

Parts/Shipping Technician Job Duties:
-Shipping & Receiving: Prepare, package, label, and verify outgoing shipments; inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders.
-Inventory Management: Pick and stage parts and instrument orders, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist with cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
-Operational Support: Communicate with production, purchasing, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Parts/Shipping Technician Qualifications:
-Experience: Minimum of 2 years of shipping or receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
-Education: High school diploma or GED required.
-Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and communication skills; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
-Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
