Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant
Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Administrative Assistant in Fremont!
In this role, you’ll help keep our office and production operations running smoothly by supporting a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. If you’re someone who enjoys staying organized, jumping in to help where needed, and keeping things on track behind the scenes — we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
-Welcome visitors and make sure they’re directed to the right person or department.
-Take notes and track action items during meetings so nothing gets missed.
-Keep company documents, records, and reports organized and easy to find.
-Handle everyday office duties — answering phones, managing emails, filing paperwork, and ordering supplies.
-Process time-off requests, update calendars, and work with HR to keep attendance records up to date.
-Print and organize daily timesheets for supervisors and submit them to HR.
-Track and maintain tools — making sure replacements or repairs are handled quickly.
-Upload and file production photos, ECRs, and other important documents.
-Keep production schedules current on department boards so everyone’s in the loop.
-Prepare shipping paperwork and labels for units heading out to customers or the storage lot.
-Create and maintain SOP binders and print blueprints for upcoming builds.
-Jump in and help with other office or production-related tasks as needed — teamwork is key here!
