General Laborer

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team in a full-time, temp-to-hire position. The primary responsibility of this role is to pull, stack, and organize materials. 

This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations, ensuring that materials are properly handled, accounted for, and ready for the next project. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay rate is $18/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
-Pull and prepare scaffolding materials for outgoing shipments to mill sites.
-Receive, unload, and restack returned scaffolding in an organized and safe manner.
-Inspect materials for damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisor.
-Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring safety standards are followed at all times.
-Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including inventory checks and equipment organization.
-Work closely with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
-Ability to lift, move, and stack heavy materials safely throughout the day.
-Prior experience in a warehouse, construction, or industrial setting is a plus but not required.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
