Electrical Project Engineer

Trillium has an immediate opening for an Electrical Project Manager in Baltimore!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced Electrical Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll lead complex and rewarding projects that power new and existing facilities across diverse sectors—including education, government, healthcare, science & technology, and mission-critical infrastructure.

As the Electrical Project Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on project management experience, collaborate with talented professionals, and help shape high-performance environments designed for innovation and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee all phases of project execution—from initiation and planning to completion—ensuring seamless delivery.
-Develop and maintain strong client partnerships built on trust, communication, and technical excellence.
-Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts while providing guidance and technical expertise to project stakeholders.
-Lead and mentor engineering staff to foster professional growth and ensure quality outcomes.
-Monitor budgets, manage costs, and drive project profitability through effective planning and resource management.

Annual salary is $120,000 annually DOE. Apply now!

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (with an Electrical Engineering concentration) from an accredited institution.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP design.
-Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools.
