Concrete Finisher

Trillium Construction is Hiring Concrete Finishers in the Fond Du Lac, WI Area!

Work will take place on new commercial construction sites.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Placing forms that hold concrete to ensure the required depth and pitch is achieved.
- Removing edges on expansion joints and sides.
-Installing anchor bolts, steel plates and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete.
- Polishing surfaces using smoothing materials, abrasive tools and surfacing machines. 
- Compacting materials using power vibrators to create leveled bases.
- Finishing concrete surfaces with rough or smooth patterns depending on the customer’s preference.
- Applying hardening and sealing compounds to cure the surface of concrete.

Pay is $28-$32/hour, depending on experience. Work is first shift Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm, working 40-50/hours per week. Can meet at the Fond Du Lac shop and ride to sites daily.

Requirements:
- 2+ years Concrete Finishing Experience. Experience must be within the last 3 years.
-Power trowel experience preferred, but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
