HVAC Apprentice

Trillium Construction is now Hiring HVAC & Plumbing Apprentice and/or Helpers in the Oskaloosa, IA area!

Looking for job security and a career in a skilled trade? Our client is hiring HVAC and Plumbing Helpers/Apprentices to work on premier commercial construction projects. Gain hands-on experience and build the skills to become a journeyman down the road!

What You’ll Do:
-Assist installation teams with equipment, materials, and basic HVAC/plumbing tasks
-Learn the ropes from experienced professionals on-site
-Support the team and follow instructions from Foremen/Superintendents

Why Join:
-Hands-on training in HVAC & plumbing
-Experience on top-tier commercial projects
-Pay is $18-$22 an hour, depending on experience.
-Working 40-50 hours a week.
-Schedule: Monday – Thursday.
-Travel may be required with expenses paid (4 nights at a time).

What We’re Looking For:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-At least 6 months experience
-Willingness to learn; prior experience a plus
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work on ladders/elevated platforms (no fear of Heights)
-Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
-Valid driver’s license & own transportation preferred
